Travel north on US 321 for approximately 18 miles to the Tennessee state line.
Go 5 miles further to Elk Mills Store/Poga Volunteer Fire Station and turn left on Poga Road.
Travel .3 mile and turn right on Heaton’s Branch Road (Heartwood sign).
Go 2.4 miles until pavement ends and turn right on gravel road.
This road will take you directly into Heartwood Subdivision.
From Elizabethton, TN:
Travel 5 miles on Hwy 19W from Elizabethton and turn left on 321/67 South in Hampton.
Travel 9.2 miles and turn right on Hwy 321 at bottom of sharp curve.
Travel 10.8 miles to Elk Mills Store/Poga Volunteer Fire Station and turn right on Poga Road.
Travel .3 mile and turn right on Heaton’s Branch Road (Heartwood sign).
Go 2.4 miles until pavement ends and turn right on gravel road.
This road will take you directly into Heartwood Subdivision.
